45 Degree Double Chamfer - 11

This double chamfered edge moulding 45-degree - 11 measures one-inch thickness requiring any size width of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The basic profile comprises two forty-five-degree bevels at .133" tall and wide, leaving a splay face dimension of 3/16" wide on the top and bottom edge of a piece of lumber measuring one-inch thickness. Machine all four edges simultaneously by producing a set of knives for both the right and left vertical cutterheads.
