This belly-band chair rail/symmetrical casing 4-3/4" - 8 measures 4.750" width by .812" thickness, requiring the use of a five-inch wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The stylish profile composes a 5-31/32" radius convex arc on the top center. The recessed arc (.015") gets flanked by a 41/64" broad half-circle on both the right and left sides of the design.
