Architrave/Header 4-1/4" - 2

This decorative architrave/header 4-1/4" - 2 measures 4.250" wide by 1.625" thickness, necessitating the use of eight-quarter lumber for milling on industrial machinery. The custom profile is composed of a 3/16" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet on the left, merged with an elevation changing two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 1/8" vertical step, attached to a 2-5/16" broad line segment in the center with three drops in elevation, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern. The knives' cut depth is too large for most production machines. The profile design is split to manufacture the stepped outer portion on the left cutter head and the remaining detail on the top horizontal cutter head.
