Backband 1-1/32"
This fancy 1-1/32" door casing backband comprises a 27/64" wide by 7/64" tall raised area with 1/16" rounded corners on the top left. It connects to a 15/32" flat section with a 7/64" rolled edge in the center. Joined to a 9/64" broad segment with an additional 1/16" eased edge on the design's right side. The rabbet dimension for the door casing is 13/16" tall by 1/4" deep. The bottom retains a 1/16" flat section tapering five degrees for easy scribing during installation. The designer pattern measures 1.031" in width by 1.250" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using five-quarter lumber is 1-1/2" wide.
