Wainscot Cap 1-7/8"

This wainscot cap 1-7/8" measures 1.875" width by 1.187" thickness requiring the use of a 2-1/8" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The stylish profile contains a 7/16" radius convex arc tangent to a 3/4" concave semicircle on the upper right side. The s-shaped curvature connects to a decorative 3/8" wide half-bead and a 1/8" vertical fillet with a 3/64" eased edge on the bottom. The rabbet dimensions for capping the wainscot are 1-3/8" wide by 1/2" deep.
