This large 1-7/8" - 1 backband measures 1.875" width by 1.625" thickness, permitting the use of a 2-1/8" wide blank of eight-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The ogee profile contains a 3/4" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet with 3/64" eased corners on the top left. The vertical line connects to a 5/8" radius convex arc tangent to a 5/8" concave semicircle, forming an ogee with a 3/64" rolled edge. The rabbet dimension for the door casing is 3/8" wide by 3/4" tall; this area is adjustable to your specific needs.
