This bold beveled backband 1-7/8" - 3 measures 1.875" width by 1.750" thickness, permitting the use of a 2-1/8" wide blank of eight-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The angled profile contains a 13.812-degree beveled line with 3/16" rolled edges on top. The rabbet dimension for the door casing is 3/8" wide by one-inch tall; this area is adjustable to any specific needs.
