Backband 2-1/4" - 1
This beautiful 2-1/4" - 1 backband measures 2.250" width by 1.500" thickness, requiring a 2-1/2" wide blank of eight-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial-grade molder. The stylish profile contains a 3/4" wide flat line segment with a 1/8" rolled outer edge on the top left. The line connects to a 3/16" wide by 3/16" deep dado and a 3/16" fillet that joins to a shallow 1-37/64" radius cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the design's right side, just above the 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall rabbet for the panel.
