This backout 1-5/8" - 1 measures 1.625" wide. The design layout is comprised of a 3/4" wide by 1/16" deep plow flanked by forty-five-degree chamfers that transition into a 7/16" broad straight line on each side. The maximum width this cutter can mill is 2-3/8" wide with the bottom cutter head positioned at .000" axially. This detail can l be utilized on many of our stylish casing or chair rail designs.
We provide the cut steel size on all our designs; this specialized feature allows you to be able to have the right size bar of knife steel in stock before you start grinding procedures.
