This 2-1/4" backout/relief cut measures 2.250" wide. The design can be utilized on hundreds of our smaller sized baseboards, door/window casings and chair rail profiles. The layout comprises a 1-1/4" wide by 1/16" deep plow flanked by forty-five-degree chamfers, joined to a 1/2" broad straight line segment on each side edge. The maximum width this knife can mill is three inches wide with the bottom cutterhead positioned at .000" axially.
