Backout/Relief Cut 2-1/4" - 1

This backout 2-1/4" - 1 measures 2.250" wide, with a .093" depth cut on the bottom knives. This relief cut profile can be utilized on many of our smaller sized tongue & groove flooring profiles and crown profiles. They will help reduce cupping after milling.

This custom relief cut design is comprised two 3/8" wide, by 3/32" deep concave plows, flanked by 1/2" wide straight fillets in the middle, and the side edges of the detail. The maximum width these cutters can mill is 3" wide, with the bottom cutterhead positioned at .000" axially.
