Backout/Relief Cut 2-1/4" - 6
This backout 2-1/4" - 6 measures 2.250" wide. The maximum width these knives can mill is 3" wide, with the bottom cutterhead at .000" axially. This relief cut profile can be utilized on many of our smaller sized tongue & groove flooring profiles and crown patterns, these knives will help reduce the possibility of the wood cupping after milling.
This custom relief cut design is comprised of two 5/16 wide by 5/64" deep trapezoid-shaped plows, flanked by 3/8" wide straight fillets in the middle and 5/8" wide fillets on the side edges of the detail.
