This Backout/Relief Cut Moulding Knife Design 3-1/2" - 2 measures 3.500" wide, with a .062" depth of cut on the bottom horizontal moulding cutter. This profile can be utilized on hundreds of our baseboard, casings, and chair rail mouldings.
This design layout is comprised of a 2-1/8" wide by 1/16" deep plow, flanked by forty-five degree chamfers, they transition into a 11/16" wide straight fillet on each side edge of the pattern. The maximum width this knife can mill is 4-1/4" wide, if the bottom moulder spindle is positioned at .000" axially.
