This 5-1/4" - 3 backout measures 5.250" wide. The layout comprises a 3-1/2" wide by 1/8" deep plow flanked by forty-five-degree bevels that transition into 7/8" wide fillets on each side of the pattern. The maximum width this knife can mill is 6" wide when the cutterhead is positioned at .000" axially. The symmetrical profile is utilized on hundreds of our door & window casings, and chair rail patterns.
