Backout/Relief Cut 5-1/2" - 6

This 5-1/2" - 6 backout measures 5.500" wide. The offset profile comprises a 2" wide by 1/16" deep plow, with forty-five-degree chamfers that transition into a 3/4" wide horizontal fillet on the inside edge and a 2-3/4" wide flat line on the right side. This relief design will allow for a wide range of sizes with the same profile. The maximum width this knife could mill is 6-1/4" in width when the cutterhead is positioned at .000" axially. The profile is designed to be utilized on many of our medium-width baseboard patterns.
