Backout/Relief Cut 5-5/8"
This 5-5/8" backout measures 5.625" wide. This trapezoid design comprises four 11/16" wide by 1/8" deep plows flanked by three 5/16" wide straight fillets in the center, with a 31/32" broad line on each side edge. The maximum width these knives can mill is 6-3/8" wide when the cutterhead is positioned at .000" axially. This relief cut profile is utilized on many of our beefier tongue & groove decking designs (search by thickness), door jambs, and some thicker sized crown profiles.
