This Two Plow Backout/Relief Cut Moulding 8" - 2 measures 8.000" wide, with a .062" depth of cut on the bottom horizontal moulding knives. The double plow design can be utilized on many of our larger width baseboard mouldings.
The asymmetrical profile is comprised a 1-1/2" wide fillet on the left side of the image, connected to a 1-1/2" wide by 1/16" deep plow flanked by forty-five degree chamfers, attached to a 1-1/4" wide flat line in the center, joined to a 2" wide by 1/16" deep plow, with a 1-3/4" wide flat line on the right side of the profile. The maximum width these knives can mill is 8-3/4" wide, with the bottom horizontal moulder spindle positioned at .000" axially.
Would you like to reduce the amount of time it takes to set up the moulder for a milling production run? Perhaps calibrating the moulder spindles axially and radially will substantially decrease setup time while simultaneously increasing production.
