Bar Rail 5-5/16"

This bar rail measures 4-15/32" wide by 1-1/8" thickness when milled sprung (lying horizontally flat). The profile is composed of a series of five tangent radius arcs and semicircular coves to create this lovely design, the backside is rabbeted for the countertop with dimensions in the above image. Two high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same plane, this specialized design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling this detail, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the moulder bed plates.
