This stylish 5-1/2" bar rail measures 5.500" wide by 1.812" thick, requiring eight-quarter lumber to mill this profile. The sleek design is free-flowing with a smooth transition of three tangent radii to the 1-3/16" thickness bullnose on the front edge. The bottom is rabbeted 2-3/8" wide by 3/4" tall for the countertop. The CAD-generated DXF file contains three skillfully drafted template knife designs for creating blades for this creative bar rail pattern.
