Bar Rail 6-15/16"

This custom 6-15/16" bar rail has two sets of measurements, the first being the milling dimensions at 7-7/16" wide by 1.750" thickness requiring the pattern to be milled from eight-quarter lumber. The second set of dimensions are illustrated in the above image to assist you in preparing the countertop for installation.

This Cad-generated dxf file contains four professionally designed profile template drawings with all the necessary information to create cutters for this large bar rail pattern. We always provide good blend areas in the knives, so no one will ever realize where one moulding cutter begins or ends. Two high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same plane. Our specialized design features will assure excellent hold-down conditions while milling this detail, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the machine's bed plates.
