This stylish base cap 1-1/16" measures 1.062" wide by .625" thickness. The beautiful pattern is applied to the edge of a piece of S4S lumber (surfaced four sides) to enhance the overall look of the baseboard at a minimal cost. The profile comprises a 3/32" broad horizontal line at 7/16" thickness, connected to a two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 3/32" tall vertical line and a 3/16" quarter circle on the thin side of the design.
Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
