Base Cap 1-1/16" - 3

This appealing base cap profile composes a 1/8" flat line on the top left, creating a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber. It connects to a 9/64" convex arc joined to two concave semicircles forming the steep s-shaped curvature in the center. The remaining portion consists of a 1/4" broad half-round bead merged with a 1/8" fillet leaving a 5/32" thickness on the design's right edge. This delightful base cap 1-1/16" - 3 measures 1.062" in width by .562" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-5/16" wide.
