This beautiful base cap 1-7/16" - 2 measures 1.437" wide by .625" thickness, permitting the detail to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The custom profile comprises a 3/32" broad line segment on the left, creating a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber, joined to an 11/64" radius down-sloping arc tangent to an elevation changing beveled line that converges to a 3/32" concave semicircle in the center, merged with a 1/4" wide raised fillet with a 1/16" eased outer edge on the right side of the design.
