This base cap 1-1/2" - 18 measures 1.500" wide by .656" thickness. The profile comprises two tangent radii creating a cyma reversa which transitions into a 1/8" wide sunken fillet attached to a 5/32" radius three-quarter round pencil bead on the thinner side of the pattern. The backside rabbet measure 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall.
On the right set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
