This custom base cap 1-5/8" - 10 measures 1.625" wide by 1.125" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled from either five or six-quarter lumber. The beautiful, more extensive profile is composed of a 1/8" broad line segment at a 23/32" thickness dimension on the top left, this creates a quirk when applied to a piece of surfaced four sides (S4S) lumber, attached to a graceful four tangent radius cyma reversa that transitions the thickness to 17/64" on the right side of the design.
