This rabbeted base cap 2" - 15 measures 2.000" wide by 1.000" thickness, requiring the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-style molder. The beveled profile is composed of a 15/32" broad flat line on the top left, attached to a twenty-six degree angled line that transitions down to a 9/32" wide half round bead on the right side of the pattern. The backside rabbet dimension is 1/4" wide by 13/16" tall but can be adjusted in height for any thickness of lumber with a simple axial adjustment of the left cutter head on the machinery.
