This fancy base cap 2-3/8" - 5 measures 2.375" wide by .812" thickness, permitting the detail to be cut out of four-quarter lumber. The attractive profile is composed of a 5/64" broad line segment at a 43/64" thickness dimension on the top left, this creates a quirk when applied to a piece of surfaced four sides lumber (S4S), connected to a down-sloping four tangent radius wave-like curve using a combination of concave and convex semicircular arcs in the center, merged to a 1/4" broad flat line and a 9/32" cove leaving a 3/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
