This decorative base cap 2-3/8" - 7 measures 2.375" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined from four-quarter lumber. The beautiful profile is composed of a 7/64" wide line segment at a 19/32" thickness dimension on the left, this creates a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber, connected to a graceful two tangent radius cyma reversa that joins to a small raised fillet in the center, attached to a 19/32" radius ovolo leaving a 5/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
