This custom base cap 2-1/2" - 10 measures 2.500" wide by 1.000" thickness, necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-style molder. The attractive profile consists of a 7/8" broad horizontal line segment on the top left, attached to a 25/64" deep by 17/64" wide sunk fillet in the center that transitions into a two tangent radius cyma reversa retaining a 9/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
