Base Cap 2-1/2" - 8

This extravagant base cap 2-1/2" - 8, measures 2.500" wide by .688" thickness, authorizing the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The highly-detailed profile contains a 1/2" wide by 7/64" tall raised fillet, joined to a quarter-round ovolo, and a 7/64" flat line on the top left. The horizontal line connects to an elliptical-shaped convex arc merged to an 11/64" fillet with a 15/16" radius concave semicircle in the center. That area joins a small two-tangent radius cyma reversa, leaving a 5/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. The backside rabbet dimension is 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall this area is adjustable to any specific needs.
