This elegant base cap 2-15/16" measures 2.937" width by .937" thickness, requiring a 3-3/16" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The attractive profile comprises a 5/16" quarter circle with a 1/8" vertical fillet on the top left. The short line transitions downward to 16.331 degrees in the center. The lower section of the angle attaches to a 17/32" wide half-circle merged with an 11/64" wide fillet and a 19/64" cove on the pattern's right side. The backside rabbet dimension is 3/8" wide by 3/8" tall; it is included in the downloadable DXF file available below.
