This lavish base cap 3-1/2" measures 3.500" wide by .750" thickness, requiring the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-grade molder. The sumptuous profile contains a 1/4" full-line segment at a 1/2" thickness dimension on the top left; this will create a quirk when applied to a piece of surfaced four sides lumber (S4S). The line connects to a beautiful two tangent radius s-shaped curvature with a 1/16" point joined to a tiny beveled line in the center, bound to a small 23/64" broad flat fillet with a 3/16" rolled edge, leaving a 29/64" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
