This ornate base cap 3-1/2" - 2, measures 3.500" wide by .750" thickness, authorizing the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The opulent profile contains a 1/4" horizontal fillet at a 1/2" thickness dimension on the top left; this will create a quirk when applied to a piece of surfaced four sides lumber (S4S). The short line connects to a free-flowing two tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center, merged to a small 3/8" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet and two 3/8" tangent radii forming the ogee, leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
