Base Shoe 1/2"
This small base shoe, 1/2", measures .500" wide by .375" thickness. The profile comprises a 3/16" broad horizontal line attached to two tangent radiuses that create a cyma recta on the thin side of the profile. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two-base shoe profile.
Caution; the cutters will come within .015" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery before attempting any milling procedures involving splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
