This small baseboard 2-7/16" measures 2.437" wide by .500" thickness. The profile consists of a 1-61/64" broad horizontal line connected to a 1/8" radius congee with a seventy-five degree chamfered edge and a 1/16" tall vertical line at the top of the design.
Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
