This small thin baseboard 3-3/16" - 6 measures 3.187" wide by .437" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined out of resawn six or solid four-quarter lumber. The lovely profile is composed of a 1-1/2" broad flat line segment on the top left, connected to a 1/32" wide by 5/64" deep steep beveled edge joined to a 1/16" wide sunk fillet in the center, attached to a 5/32" convex arc, tangent to a 2-9/32" concave semicircle that merges with a 7/64" round-over on the right side of the design.
Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
