This everyday 3-1/4" - 6 baseboard (WM-713) measures 3.250" wide by .563" thick. The traditional streamlined profile comprises a 2-1/64" convex arc tangent to a 2-1/16" broad straight horizontal line. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1/2" wide. The acrylic template is designed to accommodate widths up to 5-1/4" wide; this will enable you to manufacture WM 709, WM 710, WM 712, WM 713, and WM 714 patterns with a simple radial adjustment of the left cutter head on the machinery.
