This stylish baseboard 4" - 38 measures 4.000" wide by .687" thickness. The distinctive design is comprised of a 1-1/16" broad straight line with a sixty-degree chamfered edge, connected to three tangent radiuses creating a cyma reversa in the center, attached to a beak-shaped arc with a sunk fillet, small cove and a 1/2" wide half-circle positioned at the top of the design. The profile could also be utilized as a door/window casing by simply increasing the thickness and adding the radius of choice to the side edge of the design.
Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
