This custom baseboard 4-7/16" - 4 measures 4.438" wide by .563" thickness. The designer profile is comprised of a 2-1/64" broad horizontal line at the bottom, connected to a 1-3/8" wide cong'e consisting of a shallow 1-19/32" radius cove, attached to a small 1/4" wide half circle with a 1/8" wide sunk fillet and a thumbnail shaped arc at the top of the design.
Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
