There are two template designs in this downloadable dxf file, one for milling the entire width, and one for milling the detail only portion of the design enabling you to save time and money in knife steel cost. Our precise cad drawings contain plenty of important information that will assist you during setup and milling of this detail. Our acrylic templates provide sufficient blend areas on the knives so you will never realize where one cutter begins or ends, these specific design features will substantially increase yield during the milling process.
