This unique 6" - 153 base moulding measures 6.000" wide by 1.000" thickness. The profile is comprised of a 1-1/4" wide fillet that transitions to a 1/2" thick elevation with a chamfer and attached 2-1/4" wide fillet, three half round beads flanked by chamfers and a 3/16" wide chamfer at the top of the design. The profile is oriented with the thickest portion of the pattern up against the inside fixed fence on the machine. This will enable the operator to laterally move the pressure shoe from the fence and set the pressure element on the widest flat portion of the design. The beads are lower below the flat surface by .030" for sanding purposes
