This beautiful 6" - 154 base moulding measures 6.000" width by .687" thickness, requiring a 6-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The sumptuous profile contains a 2-15/16" broad flat line with a 1/8" rolled inner edge on the top center. The rollover connects to a downsloping 3/8" radius convex arc tangent to an angled line joined to a 3/8" half-circle in the middle. The remaining portion of the pattern consists of a 1-3/32" wide flat area with a 3/32" eased edge merged with a 3/16" convex arc tangent to a downsloping angled line and a 1/4" concave semicircle, leaving a 5/32" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
