This ogee 6-1/2" - 8 base moulding measures 6.500" wide by .750" thickness. The profile dimension is 1-1/2" of actual detail comprised of a two tangent .750" radius that creates a cyma reversa with a .100" tall vertical fillet attached. There are two template designs in the downloadable dxf file, one for the entire profile width and the other for just the detail only, which will require two top cutter heads. The first top will mill to thickness, and the second will mill just the profile. This intentional design practice is intended to save money on production costs.
