This Base Moulding 8" - 20 measures 8.000" wide by 1.000" thickness with a .750" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of moulding knives. Search our backout category for an appropriate relief cut for this pattern, we have a few options for you to choose from.
The distinctive design is comprised of a 3-1/2" wide by 1/4" deep stepped fillet, attached to a 1/8" wide sunk fillet, that transitions into a two tangent radius cyma reversa, connected to a 7/8" wide flat line flanked by small vertical lines, with a 5/8" radius arc tangent off of a 9/16" radius cove, creating another smaller ogee/cyma reversa at the top of the pattern.
We offer many exceptional grades of quality high-speed steel and carbide in various size widths for grinding and milling all our moulding profile designs.
