This double cove 8-5/8" - 20 base moulding measures 8.625" wide by 1.000" thickness, enabling the detail to be machined out of five quarter lumber. The beautiful profile is composed of a 5-1/16" wide straight flat line on the left. It's connected to a 15/16" wide cong'e derived from a 43/64" cove with a 1/8" vertical step in the center, merged with a 2" wide line segment and a 9/16" cove leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
