This eye-catching 2-1/8" - 1 supporting bed mould measures 2.125" wide by .625" thick. The profile consists of a 3/4" radius quarter round bead on top, a 1/8" tall vertical fillet in the middle, and a 5/8" radius cove connected to an 11/64" wide horizontal fillet. With the spring angles fixed at forty-five degrees, the installed height becomes 1-7/16" tall with a projection of 1-35/64" wide; a custom pressure hold-down shoe is recommended for this pattern design.
