This good-looking bed mould 3-3/8" measures 3.375" wide by .750" thickness. The profile retains similar geometrical shapes as most bed moulds; this specific design has a 1-31/64" radius arc on top, a 1/4" tall vertical fillet positioned in the center, and a 1-1/64" radius cavetto with horizontal fillet attached at the bottom. When this pattern is installed, the height becomes 2-13/32" tall with a 1-29/32" wide projection. The spring angles are set at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees. The design has favorable hold-down characteristics that will assist you during milling.
