47 Degree Double Chamfer

This 47 Degree Double Beveled Edge Moulding Knife Design measures 1.125" thickness with a .206" depth of cut on the right or left vertical cutters, widths are adjustable to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to mill the pattern. The beveled profile consists of a forty-seven-degree chamfer that cuts .137" deep by .128" wide leaving a 3/16" splay face on each side edge of the lumber measuring 1-1/8" thickness.
