This custom brickmould1-3/4" - 1 measure 1.750" wide by 1.125" thickness enabling the pattern to be milled from five or six-quarter lumber, depending on how much wood is milled from the first bottom cutter head. The graceful profile is comprised of a 5/8" wide straight flat line on top, connected to a series of tangent radiuses creating a smooth wave-like design with a 5/32" wide half round bead on the right side of the design.
Our precise cad drawings contain plenty of important information that will assist you during the setup and milling of this detail. Our acrylic templates provide good blend areas on the knives, so you will never realize where one cutter begins or ends; these specific design features will substantially increase yield during the milling process.
