This petite door/window casing 1-9/16" - 3 measures 1.563" width by .687" thickness. The colonial-themed profile contains a 5/16" wide by 5/32" tall raised fillet with a 3/32" rolled outer and a 1/16" rounded inner corner on the top left. The area joins a 3/32" wide horizontal line segment connected to a thumbnail shaped convex arc in the center. The remaining portion consists of another 5/32" fillet attached to a 9/64" cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the design's right side. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-13/16" wide.
Caution: the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
